Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CucinAI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). "You" refers to the user of the Service. "CucinAI", "we", "us", or "Service Provider" refers to the entity providing the Service.

CucinAI provides inventory/item management and related features. The Service may be in Beta. As a result, features, content, and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully reliable operation.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Access the Service without authorization or attempt to compromise its security,
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Service,
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, or infringe others' rights.

You may sign in using email/password. In the future, we may offer third-party sign-in options (e.g., Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account, to the extent permitted by law. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.

You may enter and store content in the Service (e.g., your inventory items). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of user-provided content. Because the Service may be in Beta, you are encouraged to maintain backups of important data where feasible.

If you use third-party services (such as Google/Apple sign-in), those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third parties' acts or omissions.

The Service, including its design, text, visuals, trademarks, algorithms, and software components, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer it without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, engaged in misuse, or violated applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time (see the "Account Deletion" page).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Denizli Courts and Enforcement Offices, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
